Managed by, and services are delivered by peers who have their own “lived experience” with mental health and/or substance use recovery. We draw on this lived experience as we support and guide others in their personal recovery journeys.
When all you can see is the crisis in front of you, remember there's an entire world of support right behind you.

Leadership Contact
Levi Allen Spears Sr., CEO For organizational communication, partnerships, or program development, Levi provides direct leadership support rooted in community advocacy and peer‑support values.
My name is Levi Spears, and I am the founder of Centipede Peer‑to‑Peer, a grassroots outreach organization serving people experiencing homelessness, addiction, and mental‑health struggles in Stockton, Lodi, and the greater San Joaquin County area. For years, I’ve walked the streets, encampments, riverbanks, and back alleys—meeting people where they are, listening to their stories, and helping them take the first steps toward safety, stability, and hope. I do this work because I’ve lived it. I know what it feels like to be lost, to feel invisible, and to fight battles that no one else sees. My lived experience is my strength, and I use it every day to lift others up. Centipede Peer‑to‑Peer is built on one belief: No one should have to struggle alone.
